Philly Tech Sistas

Philly Tech Sistas provides programming workshops and professional development events for women of color. I joined the initial organizing team for their first year of classes in 2019, and co-wrote the first part of the Intro to HTML and CSS course, as well as co-taught the first iteration of the class.

Project MEOW is an all-volunteer, animal welfare group that helps West Philadelphia residents humanely reduce their feral and stray cat populations through Trap, Neuter, and Return (TNR) of stray and feral cats. I worked with the organization in a volunteer capacity as their Twitter manager from 2016 until 2017. Most recently, I worked with their Executive Director on two new posters.
